Nostalgia is back in full blast. Capture the pixels of your life and rewind to a simpler time. Before the turn of the century, we had mail, AIM, dial-up, and floppy disks. A time that transcends throughout generations. The technology boom had already begun, and in the span of 30 years, we went from DVDs to online streaming.Like tech, the linen rental event industry also had a boom. In the 90’s, event linen rentals was barely in its beginning stages. It started with your regular everyday restaurant white linen and a promise to bring sustainability to events and people’s lives. This picked up traction, since buying linens and discarding 50+ tablecloths was creating waste.

Linen companies started to pop up everywhere, providing a variety of colors and textures. Lola Valentina was an idea birthed from the slowdown of innovation in linen rental companies. We bring unique and beautiful patterns to every type of event.

In 2025, Throwback Thursdays are now everyday. Fashion has 90’s vintage jeans, Chuck Taylors, low-rise, and baggy clothes are back in the form of Y2K. Teenage dirtbag, grunge, punk, and teen live bands are back, ditching the DJ sets for drums.Just like fashion and music, events are returning to what made them feel personal, expressive, and real. At Lola Valentina, we’re tapping into that same energy—reviving the bold spirit of the past with linens that speak louder than ever.
