Prepare Linens Before Packing

It is your responsibility to ensure that all contracted rental items are in proper condition prior to return.

Before packing, confirm the following:

• All linens and rental items are completely air-dried.
• Items have been shaken out to remove food, floral debris, wax, or other residue.
• No wet or heavily soiled linens are placed into bags or boxes.

Do not return wet or damp linens. Damages to rental items will be evaluated by our quality control department upon arrival. You will be notified if damage fees apply.

Pack Linens Inside the Reusable Returnity Box

Your linens arrived in a reusable Returnity shipping box, kindly do not discard this box. All items must be returned in this same container.

To prepare the box for return:

1. If your box was flattened after use, reassemble:
   1. Pull the sides of the box apart to pop it open.
   2. Secure the “flippable base” into position.
      1. The hinged base panel must lie flat against the bottom of the box.
      2. This creates a double-layered bottom for structural support.
   3. Confirm the base is fully flat and stable before adding linens.
2. Pack Linens inside the Returnity Box
   1. Do not overfill or force the lid closed.
3. The lid should sit evenly over the box without strain.

Insert the FedEx Return Label

Your reusable box includes a clear exterior label pocket. Inside this pocket is a prepaid FedEx return label, 5 zip ties, and your packing slip.

To prepare for return:

1. Locate the label pocket on the outside front of the box.
2. Remove the outbound shipping label and discard it.
3. Insert the prepaid FedEx return label into the pocket.
   1. Leave the label attached to its backing paper. There is no need to peel or use adhesive.
4. Close and secure the label pocket.

Close & Secure the Returnity Box

1. Pull the lid over the box so the sides fully cover the corners.
2. Align the D-rings located on the lid with the D-rings on the base of the box.
3. Secure the lid to the base by threading zip ties through each matching D-ring set.
   1. All D-ring connection points on the front and sides must be secured before shipping.

⚠️ Only use the provided zip ties to secure the D-rings. Do not tape the box closed.

Ship via FedEx

Return the box using FedEx as scheduled.

Pickup:

• Schedule a pick up via Fedex here.

Drop off:

• Bring the secured box to an authorized FedEx location.
• Keep your drop-off receipt for your records.
